Viewing Two or More Arrayslides Simultaneously

The imaging application allows the user to view 2 or more arrayslides at once.  Thus it is possible to view two or more different stains simultaneously on the same ArrayCore.

The first step is to locate two slides with the same ArrayBlock in project panel.  In this example, we choose two different ArraySlides (cuts) from Tissue MicroArray#18.  One ArraySlide (Cut#16) is stained with Racemase, and the other (Cut#19) is stained with Cox-2.

After opening the two Arrayslides, we can click the "Tile Windows" in the Projects Frame to view the windows side by side.  In the following screenshot, 2 cuts of ArrayBlock#18, positioned at x=20,y=11 are seen.  The first cut was stained with Cox-2, while the second cut was stained with Racemase.

Hard Links Option: Keeps the two arrayslides constantly linked.
For example, if you go to position (x=2,y=5) on one of the arrayslides, the other arrayslide will automatically go to the same position.  By default this option is turned off.  (The checkbox for this option is  located on the Projects Frame.)

Link Button: Brings any other open ArraySlides to the currently selected position.  If the hard links option is enabled, this is done automatically.
