How an ArrayCoreReferenceBean may be initialized, either by the entire ArrayBlock, or just one TissueDiagnosisID. As a user adds more tissueDiagnosisIDs, the ArrayCoreReferenceBean is updated by using the TISSUE_DIAGNOSIS_ID request. However, when a user is opening a new ArrayBlock, the user wants to get information about all the ArrayCores in the ArrayBlock at once, not just one at a time.
