public class CheckIfSpecimenExistsRequest

Checks to see if a specimen with the same SurgPathNumber and HospitalID exists. Rememeber that a
SurgPathNumber and a HospitalID uniquely identify a Specimen. Also checks to see if a
TissueDiagnosis of the same information exists in the database. Remember a specimenID,
BlockDesignation, and PartNumber uniquely identify a Block. A BlockID and LesionLetter uniquely
identify a TissueDiagnosisID.
